Not good at all, I have been waiting for a month and a half for the replacement of the ventilation system. On the day of the installation appointment I find out that they will not come, and that I have to wait another month for a new appointment.Very disappointing, especially as we essentially have to go through almost the whole winter without functioning ventilation.

Disappointing service Bought Duco WTW from Comfort Services, had it installed and maintained by them. After three years, the bearings of the ventilation motor suddenly appear to be worn out. The entire engine must be replaced, with maintenance costs totaling 600 euros. Two months of calling and emailing later, Comfort Services and Duco maintain their position: bad luck, all costs are for the customer... from now on, ex-customer. With these extra costs, a Duco WTW is no longer even profitable. Plus there is a risk that the bearings in the new engine will fail again after 3 years.

Comfort service ??? They worked in my house and all comfort was gone. Then I filed a complaint with them, but service was nowhere to be found. And if they cannot win an argument and cannot keep the agreements they make, you can call twice and they will block your number. If I were them I would change the name of the business to no comfort no service

Very bad company. Have been waiting for months for my filters for my ventilation system. Have contacted more than 8 times and now I get no response. Do not start anything with this company.

Technicians do a great job, but a lot goes wrong in the office. On the day of the appointment they called to say that a technician was sick and they could not come. Force majeure is fine. They would call back later in the week to make another appointment. After 3 weeks I called myself to make a new appointment. Then she discovered that a supply pipe was defective and had to be cut out by another company before they could install it properly. This had already arranged it in the same week and passed it on to comfort services. Then weeks of silence. After more than a month, I submitted the work order again and nothing.... After a week of ringing the bell myself, I had to wait another 3 weeks. So all in all, replacing a tube and draining it will take you 2 months......well
