The boiler was not installed according to legal standards. Subsequently, years of "maintenance" were carried out on the boiler, completely ignoring the fact that it was incorrectly installed. The icing on the cake is that the boiler's flue pipes were taped up with duct tape. Truly too amateurish for words. In response to the following message from the company: A response three months after a review was posted demonstrates a lack of seriousness or willingness to respond to a comment. That aside, who is Mr./Ms. Van der Meer-Claassens? Under the GDPR, a company is expected to handle personal data with care. Using personal data in a public place (which this review falls under) without permission is not permitted. This is a formal demand to remove the name of the person mentioned. If this request is not complied with, the Dutch Data Protection Authority will be notified. Besides the public use of personal data, there was also incorrect information regarding the purchase or sale of the property. A comment about the installation could not have been made within a reasonable timeframe; the faulty installation was only discovered after another (certified) installation company had been called in. The fact that Lelie uses certified installers is logical. Certified installers are legally required. Despite the fact that certified installers are employed, the central heating flues were secured with duct tape. Furthermore, during each maintenance visit, a sticker was placed on the central heating system with the year and date of the maintenance. This demonstrates that nothing had been done about the duct tape/faulty installation for several years. The organization's response reflects Lelie's operating practices: careless and incorrect.

After maintenance by Lelie, we found that the thermostat was defective. Because it was the weekend, I filled in the fault form on the website. I was especially curious whether this could be related to the recent maintenance. To my surprise, a technician showed up at the door on Monday without any prior communication or approval. Initially, I thought I was still dealing with very good service. The technician was only inside for 5 minutes to find that the thermostat was indeed defective (duh...). Lelie then dared to charge €58 for this!? Every attempt at reasonableness from Lelie was met with nothing. Customer service and reasonableness are extremely hard to find with this party. Fortunately, I switched to a local competitor with an R. They are not only cheaper, but now also offer better service. Incidentally, Lelie dared to charge more than €300 to replace the thermostat. I solved it myself for a few tens of euros. Incidentally, the initial maintenance was also substandard.

Worst service ever! Very unclear about the costs and very unfriendly on the phone. The ladies you get on the phone are rude, do not think along and only want to charge an hourly invoice. You are really chased about the costs by sending a mechanic who does not know what he is doing and explains things very long-windedly to stall for time. Finally, they tell the mechanic on the phone that it would cost €120 and then charge €206. In short, I will never go to Lelie again and I advise everyone against it!

194.58 for replacing the air filter and checking the pilot flame. I think it's a lot of money! The friendly technician was ready in 20 minutes. I am therefore terminating the maintenance contract and looking for a company with a slightly more normal rate.

I had the entire central heating system replaced by them more than 10 years ago. Immediately take out a maintenance subscription. In December 2021, I was informed that 1) the contract had been increased in price and 2) that the contract had been adjusted and that no immediate response was given to disruptions. I then decided to terminate that contract because more than € 175 for an annual check-up of 45 minutes is quite a bit on the high side. Now I call the company for annual maintenance and then I am confronted with the fact that I have to take out a maintenance subscription. One-off maintenance is simply refused. What terrible service from this company.
