We have very good experiences with Leeflang Installaties! 🤩 Leeflang Installaties offers a super fast service. That is so nice!!!! If we need help, they come by the same day. This morning we had no hot water. A technician was there within an hour. Really great! A friendly young man! The problem was not solved immediately, but they did not give up and looked for where the problem really was. You really get the feeling that they want to solve this for you! That is very nice for a customer! We have also had times when we had no hot water in the evening and someone came by then too. Really great!!!!! 😃 Competent, honest company, nice owner. Staff and operator also great! This company is definitely recommended! For us a big 10+! ❤️

This company has renewed a central heating boiler including fittings. There was good communication in the beginning and a clear quote was given. Unfortunately, something went wrong during the installation. Such as various leaks due to work on the pipework. Had to come back twice for a new part of the ceiling due to water damage. When we left we wanted to take a shower but no hot water, the gas tap was still closed and the boiler was in a faulty state. I asked for parts myself, these were neatly calculated, but most of them were assembled/carried out myself, but still took an extra 2 hours. We received the invoice 2.5 months after installation. They worked with two people from 8 am to 9 pm, including solving the self-induced leaks and errors. We called to find out why no discount had been applied to the bill instead of extra hours. The answer was that extra hours were due to my extra work request (which I did myself) and they did not count the hours they spent on the leaks, but they also did not give a discount for the misery. The intention was to have some rest and no stress during this replacement (normally I would have done it myself). Unfortunately this was not successful. Due to the bad weather (rain) and having to come back, we had to mop most of the house twice and we were done at half past twelve in the evening. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

After our last misstep of wanting to sit ringside for a dime, we decided that in the future we will immediately call Leeflang. Great help at the time with a listening ear and good advice when I had a frozen water pipe with my baby and has often been helpful since then.

Very bad plumbing company. Ways of communicating leave much to be desired, agreements are not kept, quality of the services provided is very substandard. They can't even level a wall... how hard can it be... No more lifelong installations for us!
