We chose Kloosterman because they are a family business and were also able to install the keuken and do extra contract work. The quality of the kitchen was fine and the sales people were also ok. There were a number of delivery errors with wrong parts but over all the kitchen was fine. The problem was with the contractor. He is not part of Kloosterman. He was careless, broke parts of the kitchen, made so many mistakes that we spent months correcting it. He just wanted to get it done and move on. A 3 month job took over 6 months until we were satisfied with the results. Another concern was that no-one from Kloosterman came to look at the progress or inspect the end product for quality. We had to complain numerous times to finally get everything fixed. When asked to fix the final mistakes, Michel said he was sick of it and was not going to fix his mistakes anymore, we had to get someone else. Avoid Michel from Kloosterman at all costs. His is unprofessional and has given Kloosterman a bad name.

I was ready for a new bathroom, and after making some inquiries, I went to Kloosterman a few months ago. I wanted to replace my bathtub with a glass shower enclosure, get new tiling throughout the bathroom, and have everything else redone. At Kloosterman, I had my first meeting with Rob. He created a beautiful 3D drawing of my wishes and later, along with Jeroen, suggested some alternative layouts. I appreciated the fact that several people were contributing ideas and that I had a choice. After selecting the materials in the store and signing the quote, it was my turn just two months later. First the demolition crew, then the builders. Plumber Poort and his foreman, Ilyas, had created a tight schedule, with one team arriving as soon as the other was finished. This meant everything was completed within eight business days. The tilers did a great job, just like the others, and everything looks equally sleek and modern. I was kept informed of the progress throughout, and everyone was incredibly friendly and pleasant to interact with. This way, a renovation doesn't feel like a surprise. The custom-made glass shower enclosure couldn't be made until everything was finished, and it was installed a month later, as agreed. It all looks fantastic. I'm very happy with the result and with how everything went from start to finish. I can definitely recommend Kloosterman.

Twice but never again... Had a kitchen installed 13 years ago and vowed never to do business with them again. But yes, a person gets older and wiser. So we went for a new bathroom. We knew exactly what we wanted, so we went through the entire plan within an hour. "I'll email you the results this afternoon! Nice!" Didn't receive anything that afternoon. It's a shame, but we had indicated that this was not necessary because we came by without an appointment. Saturday; nothing. Must be busy in the showroom. Monday; nothing. May not work on Mondays. You will receive the t.... in on Tuesday. Wednesday you think leave it hanging. But maybe he is sick... Call me on Friday to see if everything is going well with him. "Fine! I'll transfer you." Well no; we are done with it. Will be called back anyway. "I called you twice." I haven't missed a call... "Well, too bad you didn't believe me!" Okay... that sounds accusatory "I have more customers" Okay.... so they are more important? Gives us a lot of confidence if we ever have a plan implemented. Why didn't you email then? "I am not allowed to email the plan" (that is otherwise not what you said during our visit). Why didn't you just email that you called us... "well, I could have done that..." Feeling has not improved after 13 years. Stronger; confirmation that we shouldn't be there... No empathy whatsoever, sloppy and unreliable.
