Botenverhuur Dieper-Zicht V.O.F.

Rented a Valk sailboat on a Sunday evening and had a great experience. I struggle to speak Dutch, the owners spoke English with me, answered all our questions, and were very friendly. The boat was in great condition, and the lake is gorgeous. Will come again for sure, I wish I lived closer so I would visit often! Recommended!

It is not that I am complaining, but we gave it a shot. We wanted to book a boat in advance, but the owner said that we can come without booking. So here we came, everything seemed nice - we paid the fee and packed into the boat, after 10 minutes of terrible noise and vibration we had to change the boat - so we upgraded it and took another one. We paid three hours in advance without knowing numerous traps in the service. After 40 minutes on the second boat which was as terrible as the first one with noise and vibration, we decided to return to the station. When we did and came up to the office asking for a partial refund for unused services we had to face rude and unfriendly attitude. So after 5 minutes the boss of the station told that conversation is over, turned her back and left. I assume that business is not going well if they holding on for every even small payment. Needless to say, that we went to another rental ('t Fissertje) took the other boat (twice expensive) and had a wonderful time on the lakes of Kaag.

it was a terrible weekend!!! the boat was terribly noisy and with a strong vibration, we could stand it more than 30 minutes. children were upset, and on top of that we were charged for 3 hours, although we had the boat for less than one hour. we asked for a refund, the owner refused us and was very aggressive and yelled at us. They do not speak English! I am recommend never use this company it is really awful!
