During installation, they made so many scratches on the surfaces which I ignored. They also cracked one of the roof panel which I noticed after few days. They agreed to replace this. So all good there. However when they came to replace the panel, one guy climbed on the roof and punched the joining rod in which apparently cracked one of the glass doors. The door broke after an hour of them leaving without anyone touching it or even going into the veranda. They refused to acknowledge it and started calling me a liar that I btoke it. I even have video proof that nobody went to the veranda and it broke on its own. Still they are not admitting it.

Clear expectations on what's possible. Delivery on expected date and quick installation. The staff was friendly and worked with us during the process. One less start just because I see an improvement in the customer experience if they can include cutting and setting the tiles and attaching the lights to a nearby socket in their offering as add-on service (I don't mind the extra cost). This will avoid arranging a handyman for the customers who opt for it. They clearly told that they don't do it but it can be a great addition.

Very bad service. Few days after the installation, I noticed the garden room started making a lot of sound whenever the wind is more than 30kmh which is almost always. This was because of the lose fitting of the side panels. When I went to place the order, everyone was happy to speak in English. When I went to report this, they asked me to talk in Dutch only since we are in Netherlands. After a lot of to and fro, they finally gave a timeline of more than 2 months to fix it.

The instructions and the options for purchasing our veranda were clear from the very beginning. Based on the options we were presented with we were able to choose what best suited our needs. It only lasted two weeks for the veranda to be delivered and one hour and a half for it to be installed. All was done in a highly professional manner from the beginning until the end and that is why we are extremely satisfied with the services offered and with our purchase.
