Highly not recommend ! We had regular yearly checking for the boiler, The technician came for 15 mins and said we need to replace a new boiler. Then he left, another people came for a proposal for new boiler ( last 5 mins ). Finally, we received an invoice for charging one an half hour service time. Righteous nonsense !We had nothing repaired, but charging unfairly fee. Besides that, bad internal communication , I have requested the service contract since 2018, but I never received the response.

It is simply not acceptable service. I found them on the Honeywell web-site. Their specialist came and called for an hour to Honeywell, Valiant and his supervisor in Milenaar. He did nothing with the system and went away said that he will not call anywhere any more and advised me to change the system. They just do not know what to do and take money for this.

Very disappointed with Millenaar Peijnenburg. A technician from another certified installation service company refused to service the boiler Millenaar Peijnenburg installed in my home. He pointed out two serious construction defects: both the flue and the air intake were incorrectly and unsafely connected. These had to be repaired before maintenance could be carried out. After I contacted Millenaar Peijnenburg to discuss the issue and seek a solution, the company showed no interest in the problem. After all, the warranty had expired. I was left to resolve it myself. Repairing the construction defects cost me €633. After the repair, I emailed Millenaar Peijnenburg my feedback, including before and after photos (see attached old vs. new), but unfortunately received no response. Therefore, I feel compelled to write a public review in the hope that the company will improve its practices and show greater commitment to its customers. That's not how you treat your customers!

My mother has had such negative experiences with this company and she has to pay for the costs every time. After two years the new boiler was already broken. She could pay for it herself. They left my mother in the cold for three days. I had her switch to another company. Then an email arrives saying that she still has one more service due. Very nice you would think. Nothing could be further from the truth. The new mechanic came by today. What Millenaar supposedly wanted the last time turned out not to have happened at all. Nothing has been replaced. The old service set was still there. But do send an invoice. Yes, I can do it that way too. People in her street have the same negative experiences. I also read a lot of negative reviews here. Keep your money in your pocket and don't do business with this company. What a bunch of scammers!
