Rions charged a couple of hundred euros, trying to open my drain but couldn't fix the issue because of (their words) faulty design/installation. They advised to change the plumbing. I called another plumber for this, and they simply opened the drain without redesign. After asking Rion how this could be, they mentioned the faults again and it was simply how it was. Money gone, actually more expensive then the competitor and no result showing for it.

They came the first time because our sink was clogged. We paid about 300 euros and a week later, the sink had the same issue. When we called them to say that their job did not work, they came again, and asked other 300 euros. That day, they took a video of our pipes, but they lost it, they did not have it when we asked for it. So they said they would have come for free to make the video again, but because our sink was clogged (that's indeed why we need a video) they asked us other 250 euro, in order to unclog it first and take the video again. I have felt scammed in a "legal way". If you are not sneaky, they are going to take advantage of it. 850 euro gone for not good and definitive work.

This place offers a terrible service. I called them to fix my pipes that was blocked, a man came her and did a really bad job. I let it go because I was going to receive visitors, but after a couple of weeks, the pipes were completely blocked again. So I called to ask them to come back here to fix it better, they said that they sent someone here again, and that they fixed it for free... it was not true, nobody never came here. So a man talked to me on the telephone and he was really rude, he called me a liar and said that I don't understand anything. I might not understand about pipes, but a service that lasted so few as this, was clearly not well done, they showed me no respect and they didn't come here to fix it. I paid 95 euros for nothing. I asked them to send me by email the receipt telling that they came here later and fixed it for free (which they never did) and I got no response. I definitely don't recommend it

Very fast and competent. The operator was gentle and prepared for the job. Recommended. Customer service should be more gentle on the phone

The technician was very efficient and solved the issue in an excellent manner.
