Maandag gebeld omdat de vlotter van het toilet steeds bleef hangen. Dinsdag stond de loodgieter al voor de deur met een nieuwe vlotter. Top service!

End of 2019 had the entire CV system replaced. After 4.5 years the first radiator started to leak. Although someone came by immediately to fix it, I soon received an invoice for the repair. Seriously? They thought that was very logical, because the 18-month warranty had expired. That is the quality and service that is provided. I am worried about the other radiators....

Bad communication, no good service. The company does not stand for customer friendliness. Had the C.V boiler serviced. After doing everything, the mechanic told me that the boiler was broken (3.5 years old), impossible. I contacted the company, they were not really happy about this and were therefore not open to feedback, if you ask how it is possible, you are snapped at, they do not come up with facts as to why the boiler is broken, these are just assumptions (take it or leave it), I reported the hours that the company spent driving around/calling not to be paid, eventually I got approval, a week later we suddenly found all the parts (New) we had to throw them away (so they were not replaced) Unfortunately a bad experience with this company.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Rieske BV. After calling to resolve an error message, a technician hired by Rieske BV arrived. Unfortunately, this technician initially failed to conduct a thorough problem analysis to determine the root cause of the problem. The technician simply replaced a part, hoping this would solve the problem. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case; a few hours after the technician left, the boiler reported it was still experiencing the same problem as before. After this, I contacted Rieske BV, hoping they might be able to offer a solution. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to do so. They stated that it wasn't their fault that the technician had replaced a part that wasn't the problem. They argued that it could have been multiple things, so they felt it was a gamble. This was my (the customer's) risk. When I asked for a discount for a second visit to fix the original error message, they said they couldn't do it. After this, I decided not to continue with Rieske BV. Unfortunately, Rieske BV wasn't finished with me yet. A week after the default, an invoice arrived that was many times higher than Rieske BV had initially communicated. In short, poor service at an excessively high price. Not recommended.
