Wolvers did the boiler maintenance for us. At first we were satisfied, he was always difficult to reach, but we were able to make an appointment. Our pipework and radiators also needed maintenance, so we asked him to look at this. For the most part, he has made everything right. There was a radiator in our kitchen that he thought he could repair. We then indicated that we would also be happy if it had to be completely replaced "better good than half done". He insisted that it could be repaired, so we had confidence, after all, it is his work and expertise. After 2 days the radiator breaks and our entire kitchen is full of water. Fortunately, my husband was home at the time, so he could prevent the worst damage. I then call Wolvers, with the directive message that someone must come now to solve this. Thanks to his father, who removed the radiator and ensured that no further damage occurred. Then the "bullshit" started. I try to contact wolves in every way, but I get no response. Messages, phone calls and voicemails, but Wolvers was clearly done with it. However, when we contact another number, he answers and has one excuse after another. "I was planning to call you this week, or I'm still on vacation." After all, our kitchen was without a radiator, and this still had to be resolved. Our old radiator is still at Wolvers because they wanted to try to "repair" it. We have now given up trying to get in touch. How cool it would have been if this guy had just made a phone call and said "I'm not going to do anything about it anymore". Now he has been stringing us along from April to September. Unreliable and not transparent, that is how we would describe him now. It is better to choose a more professional person who keeps his promises and delivers his work neatly. Wolvers is "NO GO" for us.

On June 6, the boiler was maintained and approved by Wolvers Comfort Garant in Uden. They installed this boiler in 2015 and have been maintaining it for years. Mr Wolvers did not yet have any inspection stickers available at that time, but would put them in the mailbox the following week. Unfortunately, that did not happen, and after four to five telephone contacts, in which they always promised to have it done "tomorrow", there is still nothing. E-mails are not responded to at all. During the last contact, he indicated that he had put it in the mailbox "yesterday". Unfortunately, it was delivered to the wrong house number (the neighbors' house), but he indicated that he would still deliver it today (?) to the correct address. However, the neighbors know nothing. To my comment that I have had enough of having to keep calling about it and otherwise would continue with it, the response was that I should look into it further and that he would not provide it at all anymore, and the comment was "find someone else", after which he disconnected the connection. I find the behavior of Wolvers Comfort Garant very unprofessional and customer unfriendly, especially since they carried out both the installation and the annual maintenance. A complaint has now been filed with CO-keur Nederland.

A few years ago, I bought an expensive ATAG boiler and had it installed by Wolvers. After three years, the pressure dropped increasingly frequently, and the boiler needed topping up. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach him, I decided to have another ATAG-certified dealer service the boiler. He suspected a problem with the heat exchanger and suggested it might still be covered by the warranty from the dealer I bought it from. So, I finally made an appointment with Wolvers. Upon arrival, he saw the other company's maintenance sticker and immediately disappeared, adding some nasty words to my family. My wife was stunned. Even after calling him about the incident, I couldn't talk to him. I never asked for a free repair or a free warranty, but I did ask for a solution. This isn't the Wolvers of the past, so be aware of that! And no, I'm not the only one, as I read here. Comfort guarantee no longer applies here.
