I took over the service subscription from the previous resident and a new central heating system a few years ago. have the boiler installed. Excellent advice regarding the choice of boiler, the warranty and maintenance are always carried out properly, and the subscription also gives priority in the event of any malfunction! (nice in winter) Happened once and they were there the same day to replace a three-way valve, which was covered by the warranty! Excellent service.

I had two boilers serviced by Warmtebron for two years. 1 old and 1 new that I had installed myself. I replaced the old one that was 16 years old, which I spent more than €500 on repairs last year, with a new boiler that I bought online. Warmtebron told me that they no longer want me as a customer because I did not buy the boiler from them. I understand that Warmtebron is disappointed that I did not buy the boiler from them and that they want to make money quickly and since the demand is very high, I also understand that they can choose. But I really do not think it is right to push loyal customers aside like that.

This company has been here for 28 years to our complete satisfaction. During the last maintenance a curtain was ruined by black water standing water. Our carpet is also wet but fortunately dark. We raised this with the company and we immediately started looking for someone else. Several neighbors are accommodated by this company, but if something accidentally goes wrong, they don't care. We shouldn't whine so much that when work is done, there are no chips.
