While replacing the tape on one of our roller shutters, the retarder broke. Although it was not his fault (the roller shutters are already 25 years old and the defect was due to wear and tear), Frank made every effort to get the roller shutter functioning again quickly, even though it was a barely profitable job for him. Frank Broers is an extremely reliable professional and always on time. If my shutters need to be replaced, I will definitely have Frank do it.

Super bad. I waited 3 weeks and sat in the dark, he comes in, looks after it and says no, I don't do it, mechanism is broken. Then he comes up and takes a look, yes, I don't do that either because it wasn't drilled properly. And he didn't want to make it right either. Brothers you are thanked if not even 1 star..
