I used services of this company in the past. They had more negative reviews but profile was taken down, so I will put here my old review again. The service was bad - I required plumbing/handyman services due to leakage. Plumber said that he needs second visit to fix it - he did not even have other tools than single wrench with him. I wanted him to install new faucet, but he was unable to, said it was because faucet was "cheap" (it was not) and said I have to buy better one next time. I was charged for first through Tikkie. Afterwards for weeks I was ghosted by them, constantly being promised that they will come back to fix it, which did not happen. Initially they responded right away, afterwards - nothing, I had to beg for answer. They also refused to give me back money for first visit, even when I provided them with pictures of work that was done and statement from the store which proved faucet was damaged by them. I can't recommend their services.

highly recommended company, they did a complete renovation for me and i am very satisfied. respond quickly. all are also clearly communicated in advance.

I had leaking shower faucet and I wanted to get it replaced - I've spend 100 euro on new one and called the company to hire a plumber. The plumber was unable to do it because the faucet I bought "had poor quality". I was charged 80 euro for his visit. When I went back to the store to return "poor quality faucet" it turned out that plumber damaged it by using incorrect wrench. I trust them, because the store owner was able to point out which wrench was used and which should had been used just by looking at the damage. I scheduled another visit twice, but each time plumber did not show up with no further explanation. The company kept saying that they work with many contractors, but for somehow was unable to send anybody else. At that moment leak in the shower was horrible, so I was forced to hire somebody else to finish the job who was able to do it during one visit. The company refused to take responsibility for contractor they've send and offered to contact his insurance - I provided them with all necessary documentation only to not hear from them anything for two months after which I contacted them again and they basically said "Can you re-send everything again?". I have no confirmation if they actually ever did it in a first place or were just stalling, hoping that I will lose interest. I am done with this company and I can't recommend their services. I believed that they have good intentions and it It did cost me a lot of nerves, buckets of water from the leak and I lost 180 euro waiting for weeks, hoping that they will finish the job.

Worst experience ever! One of water pipe was leaking water and someone came and couldn't stop the leak but they charged me €126 while they promised to come back tomorrow. After 2 days they said we don't have anyone available! So basically they charged me €126 for literally nothing! Do not trust these people! Call another plumber.
