'I'm really starting to regret doing business with you.' The way 'small' customers are treated is really below all standards. Apparently we should be happy that we were allowed to do business with Leeborent at all, because they 'normally do customers who come to rent stuff for 70,000 euros or more'. 'to give you an idea'. What actually happened: In consultation, we rented a PA set + DJ monitor speakers for better sound than a JBL set (i.e. Apogee), but as a new customer we were obliged to pay transport and set-up and dismantling costs. Based on the good conversation and Leeborent's input, we agreed. However, on location the employee does not know how to connect the set, does not know the difference between an active and passive subwoofer, almost blows up his own subwoofer with an incorrect connection. Result: we can only use the JBL monitor set, he cannot get Apogee to work in the intended configuration. So we get exactly what we didn't want and what we paid a lot extra for (you can rent JBL everywhere). The mess of cables that he then leaves behind (see photo) now that the sound finally works, we accept, because the event is about to start. But then the trouble starts. When I report this to Leeborent I get a whole explanation about why it went wrong with them, but there is no consequence and compensation for us. When I then say something about this I get back: 'what do you propose?'. When I suggest to deduct the mandatory transport, assembly and disassembly costs, all hell breaks loose. The gentleman is 'pissed off' and 'regrets that we did business with you'. I wanted 'to drive a Mercedes in terms of sound that I don't have the budget for'. 100 euros discount for a chance to do it right next time is what I can get. Of course I no longer have confidence in the latter. You accept an assignment to deliver the sound experience, right? You agree on a price for that, right? If it is not delivered, then compensate for that. I don't often write reviews. I don't care about those few cents anymore, but this treatment and approach should be shared online.

Rented an LED floor from Leeborent. An LED floor is definitely a good idea for any party. Leeborent is a good supplier for this. Good and fast communication and neatly laid by a good crew! Ferry

Spullen gehuurd. Bevestiging gehad.Ophalen vanaf 9.00 uur. Tot 10 uur zeker 3 keer er naartoe gereden maar niemand aanwezig. Wordt het om 17.00 uur bezorgd! Sorry feest al over de helft. Voor mij geen tweede keer.
