I had a window measured three months ago. Communication was difficult. I called several times to ask when they could come. Always an excuse. And they never call back to schedule an appointment. They were supposed to come this week... unfortunately, they're closed tomorrow due to the construction holidays. I'm curious. We'll wait and see.

Ultimately, I never heard anything from the company again! Update to review: Due to the company's owner's reaction to my review, I contacted the landlord about further wood rot and peeling paint and wanted to give the company a chance to resolve it. Dictus was supposed to contact me, but after hearing nothing for a while, I called them myself. They said they would call me back soon to schedule an appointment so they could assess the situation. Still haven't heard anything from this company. Meanwhile, another painting company had already done repairs because of the poorly finished paintwork that couldn't wait. Three years ago, the exterior of my rented property was painted by Dictus. At the time, I really thought it had been done properly. Aside from unintentionally destroying my plants, I didn't receive any comments about the work. Now, the paint is starting to peel off the back. Apparently, according to the landlord and another company, they only primed one section and didn't finish it. Now, a new window frame and pane have been installed, and the finished part is starting to peel off, requiring repainting and work on the frame to prevent wood rot. I would never personally do business with this company.

More than 9 months ago we made agreements to paint our name on the facade. Contacted several times, each time a different excuse and new appointment was made, only to never show up again. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Nicely painted, looks tip top. Very neat work too. 1 star still to earn... communication could be better... then definitely worth 5 stars as far as I'm concerned.
