The order process went smooth. I had a prompt reply when asking a commercial question by email. The delivery went smooth as well. The product is exactly as described. I can surely recommend this company (kluisshop.be).

They like to sell, "cheap Chinese stuff" that is not good. In December 2020 I bought a safe for almost €300 from Kluisstore.nl (trading under the names Marzan Security, KluisShop.be, LIPSbrandkasten.shop and SimplySafes.co.uk). It already went wrong with the delivery because the safe was supposed to be in stock, but due to a "severely overstrained container market" the delivery was postponed by 3 months to March 2021. The advice at the time was already "just buy a more expensive safe, we can deliver it faster". After 4 years, one of the pins of the beard key broke, shortly afterwards also that of the spare key. A key had to be made by a certified locksmith (because Kluisstore.nl did not supply new locks, they said) after which the lock itself broke a month later. Fortunately, the safe door was open when this happened, so I was able to store the contents elsewhere. Opened the lock to see what was broken, and what I saw shocked me. It is really seriously cheaply put together and should not really be called a “gun safe”. A screwdriver and a hammer is all you need to open this gun safe. . After contacting this club, the advice was "just buy a more expensive safe" when asked if they could supply a separate lock. A separate lock (wanted a digital lock to get rid of the key problem) was not possible, was difficult and installing a code lock cost 450 to 500 euros for a job that takes no more than 10 minutes (I now know after loosening the panel of the door). A lock that by the way costs only €65,- (with keys) to €200,- (code lock) with a renowned brand. After a lot of emailing for about 6 months, a lock could finally be supplied for €100,- (excl. VAT mind you!) after the director told me the following; "well, it's cheap Chinese stuff, what did you expect". A lock for that cheap Chinese stuff costs almost half of a complete safe, including VAT. If that doesn't make you feel screwed, I don't know what does. And I don't mean in a pleasant way! Conclusion, this club sells safes that according to their own statements are "cheap Chinese stuff" that you should "expect nothing from" and if something goes wrong it's "tough luck" under the brand "Safety First". If something that should in principle last a lifetime breaks, you can't expect any form of goodwill or after-sales service from this club, after all it's "cheap Chinese stuff" and if it breaks it's "tough luck".

They have a very good website where it is very easy to find the right safe. When we called, an experienced person answered immediately who was able to quickly answer the remaining questions. The price was comparable to other online shops. The safe was delivered the day after the order.

Unfortunately, the key safe I ordered arrived damaged in its packaging. This was quickly rectified, however, and a new safe was sent, so I didn't even have to return the damaged one. Excellent service, thank you!
