I was initially hesitant to write a review. But after I politely sent an email explaining why we wouldn't be doing business with them. And after receiving no response (which I would have appreciated), I'm sharing my experience with Lazize. First of all, I want to say that we didn't have a bad conversation per se. But I can certainly imagine that you don't always feel welcome here (as mentioned in another review). We had a clear idea of ​​what kind of canopy we wanted and knew the price tag. But right from the start of the conversation, we were repeatedly told to wait and see what the price tag would be. We found this very strange. It was as if the salesperson thought we couldn't afford it. Only when I mentioned the budget did the conversation become more pleasant, and they were much more proactive. We did eventually get in touch later via email about additional options. And we were genuinely interested in buying a canopy there. But the bitter feeling remained. After we also visited another company, we realized just how big the difference in customer experience was. There, you got the feeling they were happy to have you as a customer, not the other way around. I let Lazize know this as well, but apparently, they don't bother to respond if you're no longer a potential customer. For us, at least, it's proof that we made the right choice. Incidentally, this doesn't say anything about the products they sell. They all look fine. But the overall picture didn't feel right to us.
