From the initial contact and quote to the measurements and execution, everything was very professional and was carried out by two very friendly installers at our chosen time. The work was done very neatly. We can only recommend the company.

Stairs expert? Certainly not in terms of finishing! The service is also great...... Some of the damage has been resolved. After that you can be happy that 'service' has been provided. Unfortunately I cannot recommend that company.

Nothing but praise from start to finish. Visit and reception in the showroom, measuring on site and providing clear advice, contact with the administration, planning and, above all, the result! Albert and Jurie have proven to be true magicians with the available materials and tools. There were a few very difficult parts in the overall assignment. Very nice solutions came up with this. We have a spiral staircase and unfortunately there are few to no companies that do this. This means you have little choice. Fortunately, Stair Renovation Expert was a very good choice. Beautiful unique color chosen for the new steps. Communication could be a little better, you pay a lot of money. The company is extremely busy and fully planned, but we had radio silence for 4 months and had to call ourselves about installation day. When we called, the staff always spoke to us very politely and clearly, which was a very pleasant experience. A (standard) email in between to let you know that the planning has not yet reached the month in which the installation will take place. Gives a feeling that you have not been forgotten. Both office staff and technicians are all friendly and knowledgeable people and a great end result!

We are very satisfied with the renovation of our stairs. Gert, the technician who renovated our stairs, did a fantastic job. Our stairs have become a beauty, super sleek. What made him a winner was, apart from the stairs, that he did not leave early every day until everything inside and outside had been neatly swept and tidy. Thanks again.
