My partner and I bought our flooring from the same person over two years ago. We contacted him via Instagram. The messaging was very quick and smooth. Afterward, we visited his house and looked at the flooring. We chose a beautiful floor and negotiated, and he and his team installed the flooring for the entire house, including the stairs. After installation, they immediately sealed the floor with protective film, so we couldn't see it. You think that's fine, because you trust him. We shouldn't have done that. There are ugly height differences that are barely visible to the naked eye. They ruined the stairs. The headers are coming loose! There's sealant everywhere that I can't remove neatly. The stringer of my stairs is sawn, the top step is crooked, etc., etc. After a lot of messaging, we had him come over once to fix it. Unfortunately, it hasn't improved. The headers of my stairs are coming loose again. It looks terrible. Last time, he mentioned that he wants to gradually retire and that whoever takes over his company can fix the top step much better. I indicated that it simply needs to be fixed. It's been over a year now. I've been thinking long and hard about whether I should post this review, considering his work, which he earns money with. However, I'm not satisfied with his work and service. So here it is. I would have preferred to spend a little more and have my floor and steps installed by someone else. I therefore request that he not use the photos of my house as advertising or examples. Muk Dear Bob, I kindly request that you remove all photos and videos from your website, social media, inspiration book, etc.! I am very dissatisfied with the work you've done and your attitude. It just goes to show that it was a good thing not to trust you and to trust another professional to properly fix the floor. You were the one who said it wouldn't get any better. That speaks volumes about your approach. I wish you the best of luck, and hope you create truly beautiful floors and stair coverings that will last. Mukerrem
