First class service and very quickly on site. After bad experiences with a competitor of Hut Techniek, we eventually came to this company via the Honeywell website. Owner came by the morning after the call to determine what was needed to install a Honeywell Evohome. A competitive quote was submitted and it would be installed a week later. However, that same afternoon I received a call that another assignment had been postponed due to the weather (outside work) and that they could come the next day, if that was convenient. Well, for sure! The next day everything was neatly installed and clear explanations were given. When they arrived, a problem with the washing machine was immediately resolved and the 22-year-old expansion tank of the boiler was replaced. Very happy with this fast and correct service. I think they can come again any time.

Always excuses. When it comes to the guarantee, this person will withdraw and never make an effort. After more than 3 months and 10 calls, we have still not received a simple part of the mechanical ventilation. Now when I call to ask when the part will arrive, I get irritated and hang up. I still don't have a part and don't expect to ever get it. Has very little respect in his communication and I will highly discourage this “cabin”.

Clean company and they won't leave you out in the cold!! Our central heating boiler broke down in September and you want a new boiler as soon as possible, especially if you have a family with 3 young children. I came into contact with Bertus and came by immediately the next day (on a Friday) to look at the situation and for a quote. When I asked when they could install it, he said that he could install it on Monday morning and would then do another job. They have now fitted several houses in our street with a new boiler and everyone is satisfied.

Yesterday, December 1, the big boss was supposed to come by to advise us on our question!.....he called around 3:30 PM to ask if the best man would still come.......the answer was, I can't find your note anywhere, as many as 25 people call in a day was his answer. asked nicely, do you still have time to come by......well NO was the answer right away, I am ready to go to the pub!!! So the pub is very more important than visiting customers... I have no words for this when you treat customers like this. You can read about more than 40 years of experience on his site, I hope it will be over soon with your working method...I understand that things are sometimes forgotten...but I don't think this response is appropriate. so HUT Techniek will certainly no longer come to my Hut. I immediately called someone else and even came by after 5:00 PM, and he was up for this challenge......so it can be done that way!

promises everything, but does not keep his promises. After approving the quotation, we as a VVE have been waiting for a response for 1.5 years. In the winter everyone has a leak that prevents them from coming, in the fall everyone has a flood that prevents them from coming. The excuses are laughable.
