Well, because of their mistake we would be without cooking facilities until February. We could buy our induction stove after having contacted 9 times by email and telephone, the decision was made and when they were going to install the perilex the misery started. Fortunately Liander kept their agreements. Mr. Daniel Patty apologizes on behalf of the company for all their mistakes and promises both verbally and by email that all expenses would be reimbursed by them. When I was unable to cook for 7 days, we decided through a conversation with our housing cooperative to cook on a replacement gas stove for a few months. "We thought" it was arranged after 9 days of cooking on a camping gas stove. Paid for by the solar cooperative...... Fortunately, Liander helped us 2.5 months earlier and the temporary cooking was replaced by cooking on my new induction stove...... we did get €25,= for not being able to cook for 5 adults for 9 days... we had to make do with it. And we could sell, give away or throw away the stove.... That thing was a thorn in the side and a worthless promise...... Of course, Mr. Patty had someone in front of his cart who could email it to us and he was no longer reachable by phone or email... In the end, he was no longer reachable either! Had to wait more than a week for our own money, which we had advanced. A verbal promise or by email has no value to them because they do not do what they say! They should be ashamed of themselves by treating customers like this! But now that I read the reviews, this is not a strange course of events.... fortunately we rent the solar panels from the housing association and we no longer have to deal with that worthless company! So they owe this review to themselves and we share it with much love for our fellow man so that they do not do business with this company! And let me be clear... I am not concerned about the money, but it is a matter of principle, there could have been consultation and even if he had only asked "What do you think is an appropriate compensation?" A description of "damage" was mentioned in the bank transaction Easy to cheat your own insurance company Because it was just a very stupid expensive mistake, which according to Mr. Patry had been a teacher for them!

They did an excellent job, shame about the mistake they made and don't want to fix it! You say there is a chimney in the way, but no one comes to see if it is so. Otherwise a ten! Greetings Johan Weurt

We were able to make an appointment very quickly, great we thought. Unfortunately, we took three days off and cancelled three times. Eventually, the solar panels were installed and three roof tiles were broken. It has now been 3 to 3.5 weeks and still no new roof tiles. We have called several times, but to no avail. This is a real shame!

We have been renting the solar panels through Zoncorporatie for over a year now and are very satisfied. A clear app where you can view your return delivery and if you have any questions you can always contact one of the employees. Everyone is very customer friendly. We recommend solar association to everyone!
