This is a company that keeps pushing you to sign the contract for solar panels. When you signed it becomes quiet. They are very hard to reach and on mail you are not getting any response. now waiting for almost a month for a reply on my mail. Solar panels are connected beginning of februari and till now 0 info received from them.

What a bad service. At half past nine they get a call that they are sick and that they are not coming to lay panels. It is quite a coincidence that this is on a day when the temperature is above 30 degrees. "We'll have time again in a month, then it's your turn." And who pays for my recorded day off? To then get a smart hat on the phone, I'm actually much less pleased. What a worthless company that Lens from Amsterdam!!

Vague company. You can have your solar panels installed by them, but please get all your information to make that decision from somewhere else. It seems like they only tell you what you want to hear, so that you sign. "Everything goes automatically, no smart meter needed etc etc." Once they are on your roof it is "too bad" that you have been misinformed and that is the end of it. E-mails are not answered and if you call them you often do not get much wiser. I hope that my experience with Lens is due to ignorance and ignorance. I will assume that for my peace of mind. Technical knowledge is scarce here in any case. The hired installers were friendly and otherwise not much to complain about.

I recommend them if: - You want your beautiful white walls full of black fingerprint stains from the Lens employees. - If you want an incorrect drill hole of 12-14 mm for your front door and they will leave it for you! - That you don't mind if, after making the new drill hole, Lens discovers that the cable duct no longer fits and thinks: "Hey, I'll turn it into a suspension bridge by letting the duct hang from a long wood screw in the Trespa plate." - If you also want to have a lot of wrong holes, well, I don't live here, they must have thought. Why not get it right first time? You call that professional? - If in this case Lens and the housing cooperative do not mind if the cable duct does not meet the requirements set by law. - If you want sealed holes/penetrations that do not comply with the building code for fire passage and transfer. - Are not afraid of a lightning strike, they have managed to make a gutter without a lightning conductor that runs from the eaves along a window and above the front door, well I wouldn't want to walk near the front door if it strikes at the top of the gutter. So safety is not above all else at Lens. - If you drill holes in the wall at the front door of the neighbor's installation and provide them with a plug and then do not screw in a screw. - And if you want to have empty cans and cigarette butts on your roof and leave them that way. - If you do not feel it is necessary for residents who have nothing to do with the installation to clean up after drilling work. - I don't mind if they schedule work in your home on a Sunday, even if you don't want the installation. - And the Lens employee still has her way when the appointment is prevented and then does not realize that “Lens” itself is closed on Sundays and cannot be reached by telephone even in the event of an emergency. - If the main engineer eventually calls and states that they do not work on Sundays. - If the landlord of the housing association provides the key to the cabbage ladder and then you still choose to gain access to the roof via the balcony without being asked and, as a result, soil the floor and walls of the residents. - If the technician disconnects the power from the house without warning instead of properly using the on/off button on the router, which means I was without internet and TV for three days. - If you would like them to make it easier for themselves without permission, just write on the kWh meter with a waterproof marker because that is easier for the photos and then leave everything as is. (then take masking tape and write on it). - If, despite reporting this, there is no response. - If you have been waiting for weeks for them to pass on the new installation to the grid operator and that they have been having to provide the login details of the installation for weeks in order to be able to check the yield or correct position of the installation yourself Then I would do it.. and especially put them here in their own spotlight.
