Get better customer service. I have a problem with one of their solar panels which only charges in low sunlight. We phoned and and the person was only concerned about with saying about a multi meter and he's been in business for 10 years, also arguing across us when we were talking. He eventually hung up. How unprofessional for a company SO committed to giving the best customer service.

How my 1920s home became energy-neutral with Triple Solar After a thorough renovation, my originally drafty, gas-heated semi-detached house from 1929 is now gas-free and energy-neutral. A high-quality inner shell of 24 cm glass wool, Accoya window frames with triple glazing, a heat recovery ventilation system, and a shower heat recovery system have drastically reduced heat loss. A thick concrete floor on insulating foam concrete with pumpless underfloor heating now forms the basis for a stable indoor climate. Two low-temperature convectors heat and cool the upper floor. The Triple Solar heat pump with four PVT panels provides the home's heating needs year-round, as well as a compact brine boiler. The system is virtually maintenance-free and easy to operate via thermostat and app. With eight additional solar panels, my total energy consumption is fully covered. Thanks to Triple Solar, I now live comfortably, sustainably, and future-proof.

What an antisocial company this is. First let us wait months for a new inverter because it is broken. They were supposed to come by in December 2024 to look at the wet / moldy pipes that run from the solar panels to the heat pump. They cancel the appointment on the day itself and promise that a new appointment will be made. Then we call for months about when someone will come and promise every time that you will be called back but never do. Just leave us with it. The solution they had previously offered for this problem was foaming. Someone sits on the outside of the roof and foams the poorly made roof duct from there. Our house, stairs and walls on the inside were completely covered in foam because they did not see what they were doing. Downright amateurish......
