We had our panels installed this summer (Jul 24) and the installation was super quick and efficient. We also had great communication with Zonnefabriek back-office, as they lead us through the process all the way. They were friendly, informative, and responsive.

Super nice guests who came to install. This is a 150-year-old house, so it has not been easy everywhere to route the pipe from the meter cupboard to the roof. You would expect some squeaking from the installer here, but none of that. That has been really nice for me. They also neatly finished a small distance where the pipe is visible, congratulations! The intake and purchasing process was clear; We then had to wait 6 months for delivery, I was kept frequently informed about this by email. It may not be the cheapest, but you can see the quality you get in return.

I can’t say enough good things about Zonnefabriek. While many solar companies stick to a cookie-cutter approach—slapping 6-10 panels on your roof and calling it a day—Zonnefabriek truly stands out as a partner. They worked closely with me to design a system tailored to my needs, all while ensuring my ideas were practical and steering me away from any potential missteps. Their expertise and personalized approach made the entire process seamless and rewarding. I will also give equal praise to the service and installation teams. They are both kind, professional, and communicative. When I had questions about why they were doing something in the install, they stopped to explain it to me, and then made sure I understood, even though mijn nederlands is niet zo goed. They spent a few minutes interacting with my kids, explaining how the sun puts out energy that travels through space and arrives at Earth to be captured. Highly recommend!

My experience with Zonnefabriek was very positive. There was a long but anticipated delay between my order in July 2022 and the installation in March 2023 due to logistics and shortages of materials, but Zonnefabriek was very open about these during the entire trajectory, and never made promises that they couldn't keep, a key difference between Zonnefabriek and their competitors. The professionalism of their entire staff, from the advisor to the installers, was top. The production of electricity from our own solar panels has met all our expectations. A number of my neighbours had earlier chosen for Zonnefabriek, and as far as I know, none of us have any regrets.

Can't speak for the quality of the solar panels or the installations because we were ghosted during the pre-sales process. Had a thorough inspection & in person visit, we were enthusiastic about getting panels installed with the company. Was promised a quote within a week or so. After repeated follow up emails -and a phone call where I was promised a response within a day- nothing... Been over a month and still no quote. The weirdest part is, Zonnefabriek reached out to me if I'd be interested in a solar installation. You look like you know a thing our two about solar, but please get your sales process in order. Update: Zonnefabriek reached out to me after my review, via email and via WhatsApp. One of them told me I can get a quote if I’d like it, while the other told me I cannot have panels installed due to safety reasons. I’m not even mad, just confused.
