We accepted the quote at the beginning of August. What is striking is that everything was handled so well and quickly at that time and that they were chasing after us for a long time. Once after signing the quote with thousands of euros, we felt like we were completely forgotten. There was also hardly any response to our messages, emails and phone calls. After about 4 weeks I cut it short and placed the same order elsewhere. They are coming to take a look and install it this week. In retrospect I am annoyed that I had to wait for nothing all summer long, had to spend the warm days without it, while this could have been done differently! I would not recommend it because of this.
