Our solar panels were mounted and installed to our complete satisfaction. We wanted to install a skylight and the company will help you decide how to install the panels. You will receive clear and transparent information about the App that is connected to the panels and registration information for the grid operator.

My (older) car can't use the fast charger because it doesn't have the right plug. Luckily, there are also quite a few regular charging stations where I could charge. It takes a bit longer, but I don't mind. Nice: I was allowed to wait inside PakDeZon and got free coffee. Kudos!

From the moment the Pak de Zon representative walks in, right up to the final installation and implementation plan, you're pleasantly guided. Pak de Zon communicates clearly and is very engaged with you as a customer. During the actual physical installation of the solar panels and inverter, you're kept constantly informed. As a customer, I find it very reassuring to know that deviations from the installation plan (again, of course, in consultation) are possible if needed. In our case, that's what happened. The support provided by the office staff, including registering the panels and processing the VAT refund, becomes a breeze. If I could give 6 stars, I definitely would. Therefore, I absolutely recommend Pak de Zon to anyone who values quality (in all its facets)!

Fantastic experience! Great service. It started with excellent advice at our home. Everything was clearly explained, and all our questions were answered immediately! After that, everything was installed by appointment! The people who came by were incredibly polite, always taking their shoes off, and super friendly. Very happy with the experience with Pak de Zon.
