Very bad end result, these people are a joke.

I have been using de Haan's services for years. In April, the permanent technician came by to perform maintenance on our boiler. I am very satisfied with his services, quality and communication. The technician works quickly and I talk to him during the work, which he himself has indicated that he is fine with that. I also had a vague complaint; my wife had already had 2 or 3 times some time ago that no hot water came from the tap. I had not noticed this myself and could not immediately look further at the boiler. He immediately looked at a possible cause with a known problem with this boiler from that year of manufacture and it took a few minutes to replace it with a new model. Unfortunately, he didn't have one on the bus, but it gives me confidence that his knowledge is up to date, thinks along with these vague complaints, and immediately takes initiative to solve the customer's problem even though he was only there for maintenance. His open communication and normal (not exaggerated u and amen) but also polite way of communicating and I think that is an important character trait. It gives me confidence that de Haan is a good company to work for, they are good to their employees and I can use their services with confidence. They are busy due to a lack of good staff in the market, but when push comes to shove they are ready for you. But it goes both ways; If the technician cannot come due to illness, bad luck, a major leak or simply being busy, they may not be able to keep their appointments. Had it once for maintenance, which was a few months later. But even then we look for a solution and it takes some time to understand and accommodate.

Very good service! It took a while to make an appointment, but all problems with our boiler were resolved promptly. They think along and are creative and provide solutions.

Very reliable and accurate company. Roof repair was also excellent and a beautiful new tap was installed in the bathroom.

Our bathroom has been very nicely renovated by C.D. de Haan. We are happy with it! Very neatly done and professionally done.
